Property Hunts
• Area surveys for identification & short-listing of suitable properties for the clients
• Inspection visits for preparing survey reports with assessment of costs to carry out any repairs or renovation works by the owner; if needed
• Arranging first meetings between the owner and clients to formally express an interest in renting of the property and to negotiate and agree the rent and mode of payments for the rental; also to agree repairs or renovations by the owner at the same time; if any
Lease Management
• Acquiring copies of ownership documents from the owner for verification of the ownership before signing Lease Agreement and making any rental payments for the property
• Providing assistance and support for agreeing the terms & conditions of the Lease and preparing the draft lease for approval by the client and the owner for signing the Agreement
• After completion of necessary formalities, taking charge of the physical possession of the vacant property from the owner for the clients so they could occupy it as soon as the rental payments are made
Lease Agreement Renewals
• On expiry of existing lease agreement; making arrangements for extension of the lease period with mutual consent by the owner and the tenant when needed
• Preparing documents for the Lease Renewal for approval and signatures by the owner and tenant

Registration of Lease Agreement
• Arranging for Registration of Lease Documents for clients
Certified Relinquishing of properties
• Providing assistance & support to clients at the time of relinquishing of property by preparing necessary documents for the physical hand-over of the vacant possession of the property to the owner and handling the full activity on behalf of the clients
• Closing the transaction with a Certificate of Acceptance for a satisfactory hand-over of property signed by the owner in favour of clients.
