Sushil Kumar, the Principal Consultant & Advisor for the Estate related deals of the Company; comes with more than 30 years of work experience from the Management Department of the British High Commission, New Delhi.

As Estate Management Officer he was responsible for identifying, short-listing and negotiating rental and other terms and conditions for leasing and de-leasing of off-compound properties for the Mission.

His strengths include strong negotiation skills, knowledge of property market and the owners who own properties in and around Diplomatic areas and his experience to safely cover up all deals from every legal point of view and angle; for both the parties viz; THE LESSOR as well as THE LESSEE.

Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Section

S.Kamble, an Engineer, who has worked for Modi Rubbers as their Engineer Air-conditioning, with Siddhwal Refrigerations as the Asst. Manager Projects and India’s well-known newspaper The Times of India as its Dy. Manager Engineering.

He has 22 years of work experience of undertaking and managing any projects or assignments connected with Refrigeration & Air-conditioning; right from early preparations for erection of any A/C plant to running and maintaining it, including all kinds of troubleshooting and carrying out remedial or repair jobs and servicing of any kind of an A/C plant or an air-conditioner; be it window a/c, split a/c or a package unit.

S.Kamble is the Principal Consultant and Advisor to deal with all Refrigeration & Air-conditioning related issues in the Company.
